Early Morning at Paraw Regatta 2014
This photo was taken last Sunday during the Iloilo Paraw Regatta 2014 held at Villa, Iloilo City, Philippines.
The Paraw Regatta is a race among native outriggers in the straits between Iloilo City and Guimaras Island. It is called Paraw in the llongo vernacular. the Regatta is an activity every summer, usually held on the third Sunday of February.
